Review of the LG Gram 16 laptop: the lightest and most autonomous
The Guinness Book of Records officially recognized the LG Gram 16 as the lightest 16-inch laptop. And no wonder, because the device weighs only 1.18 kg.
Gram models have always been designed to be as light as possible – hence the name, which refers to 17-inch and 13-inch laptops. This year, LG added another 16-inch version to compete with the MacBook Pro 16.
LG laptops of yesteryear suffered from size, poor performance, and couldn’t compete with models like the Dell XPS 17 or MacBook Pro 16. While the Gram 16 doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card, we get pretty good specs: Core i7-1165G7, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD and 16:10 aspect ratio IPS display.
